Rights for Women and Men

Women are born to be free and have the right to live equally according to men’s rights.
The ultimate goal of any sort of political association is to conserve the natural and imprescriptibly of women’s and men’s rights. These types of rights are like the resistance to oppression, security, property, and liberty.

The ultimate principle of all types of sovereignty significantly rests on the nation/state itself. This is never about the women and men unions. No one has the right to execute any sort of authority that does not expressly come from the nation/state itself.
Both justice and liberty must consist of restoration for everyone. However, it must have limitation specifically on executing women’s natural rights which are perpetual to male tyranny. This kind of limitation is greatly performed by laws of certain reasons and nature.
The laws of reason and nature proscribe all sorts of harmful acts towards the society. Each and every act which is not prohibited by the natural laws of nature and reasons will never be legalized. This only means that no one could ever do all plans and things according to their own wants and needs most especially when it is violent and prohibited.

Certain laws must be the ultimate expression of the will of the general people.
Both women and men should personally or through certain representatives express/provide their information.
All rights must be the same for both men and women. Having equal rights in the eyes of the law greatly means of equal admission of public employment, positions, and honors as based on their skills, talents, abilities, and or capacity. All rights must have no distinction except those of their talents and virtues.
No one shall be exempted when a certain individual is detained, arrested, and or accused in certain cases which are determined by the law. This kind of law must be followed by everyone in the society, nation, and as well as in the whole world.

The establishment of certain penalties and or punishments must obviously and strictly be based according to the caliber of crime committed. Certain punishments and or penalties must first be under due process of law.  This only means that each and every person who committed certain violations and or crime must first undergo due process of law prior to being punished. This kind of fact is contrast to the fact that no one could directly own a property without due process of law.
